Following the release of our “Softomotive Global Study 2018, RPA Solutions for Growth Companies” we have published a new study, which focuses on the factors shaping the RPA market in Brazil, highlighting differences to the rest of the world.
Medium-sized businesses (MSBs) in Brazil are among the most bullish of all the companies interviewed in our study when it comes to implementing RPA. Almost 60% have implemented RPA in their business or scaled it across multiple parts of the organization. Brazil also recorded one of the lowest incidences of stalled projects among all countries evaluated in this study (1%).
Brazil exhibited the highest incidence of hybrid RPA implementation, with nearly 60% of MSBs installing RPA on both employee computers and on company servers.
Looking ahead, MSBs in Brazil cite improved productivity and a reduction in the time it takes to execute different tasks as the most important factors driving future adoption of RPA solutions.
